PRS is seeking a passionate Pizza & Pasta Chef to lead the Italian section within its premium corporate catering operation. You will oversee pizza and pasta production in a brigade of 20 chefs, directing a team of three. You will craft sauces from scratch and uphold high standards of quality and hygiene.

You will ensure breakfast and lunch services run smoothly for head office staff, with paid overtime for events and a collaborative, professional kitchen environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

Contract: 40 hours per week

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pizza & Pasta Chef to lead the Italian section within a high-quality corporate catering operation.

Working as part of a brigade of 20 chefs, you will take responsibility for leading the Italian section, overseeing a team of three chefs specialising in pizza and pasta. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who takes pride in fresh, high-quality food and enjoys leading a section within a professional, well-organised kitchen.

All sauces are made 100% from scratch, so a strong understanding of Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques is essential.

The operation provides breakfast and lunch for head office employees and also caters for corporate events and special functions. This is an exclusive staff dining environment and is not open to the general public.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Italian section, overseeing pizza and pasta production.
