The role involves managing high-value bids, developing persuasive messaging, and refining content for impactful presentations. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in bids or proposals, strong writing and project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing up to 40% remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in bids/proposals (B2B in a services firm preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Knowledge of law firm operations is an advantage.

Join our Marketing team in Belfast as a Pitch/Bid Executive. You will support global BD partners to win new mandates by crafting compelling proposals and credential statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of proposals, pitch presentations, and credential statements.
• Develop persuasive messaging and client‑specific value propositions.
• Manage high‑value, multi‑discipline bids and tenders under tight deadlines.
• Refine content and design for impactful pitch materials.
