Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal Ltd in London seeks an experienced Business Development Lead to shape and drive a best-in-class bids, pitches and proposals function within a leading professional services environment.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-value proposals and panel tenders, and build infrastructure, content libraries, templates and processes that underpin long-term growth across the global practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in bids, proposals or business development within legal or professional services.
• Proven proposal writing, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience building or enhancing bid infrastructure and processes.
• Commercially minded with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
