Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking skilled Pipefitters for permanent roles at a purpose-built nuclear facility in Deeside. You will join a specialist fabrication team delivering high-quality pipework fabrications for the UK's Nuclear build program.

The role requires an approved apprenticeship or Level 3 Diploma, plus experience in assembling pipework and spools and TIG welding. Benefits include £24.84 per hour (PAYE) (£48,438 basic salary), premium overtime, uncapped bonuses, a pension scheme,

Qualifications

• Recognised pipefitting apprenticeship (ECITB, CITB, NASEC) or Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Construction Pipework.
• Experienced in assembling pipework and pipe spools and prep for welding.
• Able to demonstrate previous workshop experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in regulated industries such as nuclear or oil & gas.
• TIG welding for tacking stainless steel pipework and pipe spools; able to complete a 2" SS pipe butt weld.
• Willingness to undergo criminal and security screening.

Responsibilities

• Join specialist fabrication team to deliver high quality pipework fabrications for the UK Nuclear build program.
• Support on-site and workshop activities related to pipes, spools and welding prep.
• Work to tight quality standards within a regulated industry environment.

Due to a new 4-year contract awarded to deliver critical pools, tanks and sumps for Sizewell C, we have additional permanent Pipefitter opportunities based at a purpose-built nuclear facility in Deeside.

If you are a skilled Pipefitter looking to join a specialist fabrication team and work on high quality pipework fabrications to support the UK's Nuclear build program, then we'd like to hear from you.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday: 07:00-15:30 Friday: 07:00-12:30

Key Requirements:

• Recognised pipefitting apprenticeship (ECITB, CITB, NASEC) or Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Construction Pipework

• Be able to demonstrate previous workshop experience. (Not suited to Pipefitters who primarily work on site)

• TIG welding for tacking stainless steel pipework and pipe spools (Must be able to complete a 2" ss Pipe butt weld)
• Willingness to undergo criminal and security screening
