Job summary

AA Euro Group is recruiting Pipefitters for the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station Project in the UK. This role offers a pivotal chance to contribute to the construction of a landmark clean energy facility.

Join the MEH Alliance to fabricate, install, test and inspect piping systems, with a 4-day week, enhanced overtime and a generous benefits package including pension and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the manufacture of small and large bore pressure pipe work, and installation of pressure pipe work, headers and vessels.
• Experience on TARs, outages, projects or new builds within an engineering construction site environment including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal or Nuclear sectors.
• Hold a full apprenticeship in pipefitting or an equivalent qualification (NVQ 3, ACE Card).
• Possess a CCNSG Safety Passport and ideally IOSH Managing Safety certification.

You are a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience in the manufacture of small and large bore pressure pipe work, as well as experience in the installation of pressure pipe work, superheater headers and vessels.
• Experience of working on TARs, outages, projects, or new builds within an engineering construction site environment including experience in one or more of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal or Nuclear sectors.
• Hold a full apprenticeship in pipefitting or an equivalent qualification (NVQ 3, ACE Card).
• Possess a CCNSG Safety Passport and ideally IOSH Managing Safety certification.

Payrates

• £29.34/hr basic (first 38hours/week)
• £39.46/hr overtimes rate A (after 38 hours/week- starts from Friday Morning until Midday Saturday)
• £50.73 Overtimes rate B ( From Midday Saturday to Sunday 12pm)
• Accommodation allowance: £355.67/week (tax free)
