Job summary

Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting a Pipefitter/Welder for a2‑month contract at a large Pharmaceutical site in Llantrisant. The role requires on-site fitting and welding of stainless steel pipework, with CSCS in mechanical pipefitting/welding and 2–3 years’ relevant experience.

You must have your own weld kit and PPE, and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. Immediate start available with long hours (Mon-Thu 11h/day, Fri 9h).

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required (Mechanical Pipefitting/Welding).
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Pipefitter/Welder in carbon and stainless-steel industrial settings.
• Must have own weld kit, gear, full PPE and hand tools.

Rate: £35ph (CIS Subcontractor)

Hours: Mon-Thurs (11 hours a day) and Fridays (9 hrs a day)

Contract: 2 months’ worth

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for skilled Pipefitter/Welders to join our client who are a market-leading Engineering Contractor working at a large Pharmaceutical Site in Llantrisant, Pontyclun (CF72).

They require Pipefitter/Welders and with strong Industrial, Food Process and Pharmaceutical experience to fit Stainless Steel Pipework and Weld on-site accordingly.

Please note - You must have an in-date CSCS Card. A CCNSG Card won’t be accepted.

Pipefitter/Welder Requirements:

• A Valid CSCS Card (in Mechanical Pipefitting/Welding).
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Pipefitter/Welder (within Carbon and Stainless-Steel Industrial & Manfacturing Settings).
• You must have your own Weld kit, gear, full protective site PPE and hand tools.
