Job summary

Engineering Direct Ltd are seeking experienced Pipefitter Welders to join our expanding team, focusing on high-spec hygienic stainless steel installations across the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. Location: South Wales.

Rate: £30.00 - £35.00 per hour. Ongoing works available for the right candidate. You will fabricate and install stainless steel pipework, TIG weld hygienic systems, and work with process installations while maintaining top weld finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hygienic stainless steel pipefitting and welding (TIG preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometrics.
• Experience delivering to high sanitary and hygienic standards.
• CSCS/Site certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Own full welding set is essential.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in hygienic stainless steel pipefitting and welding
• Strong TIG welding skills on stainless steel
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and isometrics
• Experience working to high sanitary and hygienic standards
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety conscious
• CSCS/Site certifications are beneficial
• It is essential you have your own, full Welding Set.
