Job summary

Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting experienced Pipe Fitter Welders for an opportunity in Staffordshire, working on dairy and process pipework projects.

The role involves fitting and welding stainless steel dairy pipework, reading drawings, TIG welding, and ensuring quality and safety standards on site. Applicants should have proven pipefitter/welder experience, CSCS, and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Pipe Fitter Welder.
• Strong stainless steel pipework experience.
• Dairy/process pipework experience.
• Ability to work from technical drawings.
• CSCS presence or equivalent.
• Relevant welding qualifications/certifications preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Job description

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting experienced Pipe Fitter Welders for an exciting opportunity in Staffordshire, working on dairy and process pipework projects.

Pay

• £33 per hour – local rate (Travel paid one way daily for local workers)
• £35 per hour – lodging rate (Travel paid Monday & Friday for workers lodging)

Working Hours (53 PW)

• Monday–Thursday: 11-hour days
• Friday: 9-hour day

Duration

Until 2027

The Role
