Job summary

Navantia Group in Belfast is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join their team. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be involved in pipe fabrication, welding, and installation across various projects in the naval and marine sectors.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in pipe fabrication and fitting processes, understanding of safety requirements, and a valid welding certification. The role also requires flexibility in working on New-Build and Ship Repair projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workplace Safety requirements and good working practices.
• Demonstrable experience in pipe fabrication, welding, and fitting processes.
• Ability to pass a trade test.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of a safe working environment and compliance with safety procedures.
• Read and interpret piping drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and install piping systems according to engineering drawings.

Welding Qualification Certificate (ISO9606-1)

Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent
