Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pipefitter located in North Lincolnshire. The Pipefitter will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of piping systems. Tasks will include reading and interpreting ISO metric and P&ID drawings, selecting materials, measuring, cutting and preparing pipes for welded joints. Additionally, the Pipefitter will ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pipefitting skills
• Bending pipework using hydraulic and manual formers
• Competent in threaded pipe systems
• HDPE and polypipe experience preferred
• Fabricating from and understanding ISO metric drawings
• Knowledge and experience with Steam piping systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Relevant certifications and safety training are a plus
• MJI10 preferred
