Pipe Layer - New Build School Project - Mold

An experienced Pipe Layer is required for a new build school development in Mold.

Role overview

The Pipe Layer will be responsible for the installation of below ground drainage and associated services in line with approved drawings and specifications. The role will involve working as part of a groundworks team to deliver works safely and accurately to programme.

Key responsibilities

• Laying foul and surface water drainage
• Installing manholes, chambers and associated pipework
• Working to levels, gradients and drawings
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with site health and safety requirements
• Liaising with supervisors and other trades on site

Essential requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Pipe Layer on construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Valid CSCS card
• In date Safety Critical Medical
• Own tools and PPE

Desirable qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS plant tickets
• 360 Excavator and or Dumper tickets
