Job summary

ETC (Engineering, Tools & Consumables) Ltd in Scotland currently seeks an experienced Pipe Fitter/Welder to join the expanding engineering team. The role involves fabricating and installing stainless and carbon pipework, TIG welding, and working across our workshops in Kilmarnock and Irvine, as well as on customer sites across the West of Scotland.

The successful candidate will read engineering drawings, fabricate and install pipework, weld TIG joints, and maintain high quality, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in pipe fitting and fabrication.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings.
• TIG welding experience required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Measure, fabricate and install pipework systems.
• TIG weld and assemble pipe components.
• Prepare materials by cutting, clamping and fitting.

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter/Welder to join our growing engineering team.

ETC specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality custom engineering and training equipment for a diverse range of clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled individual to help deliver high-standard fabrication and pipework installations across our projects.

The role will involve working in our workshops in Kilmarnock and Irvine and on customer sites across the West of Scotland.

Typical Work Includes

• Stainless and carbon pipework fabrication
• TIG welding pipe assemblies
• Installing pipe systems on customer sites
• Fabricating components in the workshop
• Working on custom engineering and training equipment
