Our operations division is involved in the repair and refit of both Royal Naval and Commercial vessels. You will have the opportunity to become part of our multiskilled team and work in our modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment. Most work will be completed onboard ships; you will also be expected to fabricate in various workshops throughout the dockyard, working alongside other Fabricators.
Our flexible working approach enables you to have flexibility with your working hours, depending on your role and location. This may include accruing hours and flexibility around start and finish times, helping you balance work, on-site responsibilities, and personal life.
