Job summary

Advo Health is seeking a PIP Operations Manager to lead the PIP delivery at an Assessment Centre or group of centres across the UK, overseeing volume, quality and productivity while ensuring health and safety and continuous improvement.

You will manage a team of Healthcare Professionals, work on site and remotely, report to the PIP Senior Operations Manager, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all PIP performance metrics within the AC and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide visible leadership to enable quality, volume and customer-service targets.
• Deliver objectives and performance against targets through robust management.
• Maintain the required workforce to meet volume requirements, including attrition and recruitment.
• Coach and develop team members to support succession planning.
• Collaborate with the Performance Manager to provide real-time reporting.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate serious cases.
• Utilise management information to analyse performance and drive improvements.
• Communicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices.
• Foster a culture of trust, communication and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to governance and escalate when needed.
