Advo Health is the leading subcontractor for government health assessments across the UK. The PIP Operations Manager will lead the PIP delivery in terms of volume, quality, and productivity for an Assessment Centre or multiple centres.

• Lead on PIP-related performance metrics within the AC and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of Healthcare Professionals with on-site and remote work.
• Oversee operations including customer service, facilities and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead on PIP performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance performance.
• Provide leadership to the AC team to ensure quality, volume and customer service targets.
• Maintain workforce to meet volume requirements, considering attrition and recruitment timelines.
• Coach and develop team members, supporting succession planning.
• Collaborate with Performance Manager for real-time reporting and corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Utilise data to analyse performance and identify key drivers for improvement.
• Communicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices.
