Job summary

Advo Health is expanding its PIP operations leadership to oversee delivery targets, quality and customer service for Assessment Centres across the UK, with responsibilities spanning site and remote work. You will lead a team of Healthcare Professionals, drive performance and ensure adherence to governance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PIP performance metrics within the AC and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Provide visible leadership and direction to the AC team to enable effective delivery of quality, volume, people and customer-service measures.
• Deliver team objectives and performance against targets through robust performance management methods.
• Maintain workforce to deliver volume requirements, accounting for attrition, recruitment timelines, and absence levels.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members; support succession planning and continuous professional development.
• Work with the Performance Manager to provide effective reporting on real-time performance and explain deviations from targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate serious complaints as needed.
• Use technology and management information to analyse performance and drive improvement.
• Communicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices requirements.
• Build trust and engagement within the team and foster a continuous improvement culture.
