Job summary

Love Recruitment Limited is seeking a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor for a Putney studio opening in late Autumn 2026. The role involves delivering safe, effective group Pilates sessions across intro, apparatus, and private formats, using diverse equipment while upholding Club Pilates standards.

The ideal candidate has a 450-hour Pilates education, 3+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and strong customer service and communication skills; availability of at least 6 hours/week is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)
• 3 years+ experience
• CPR & First Aid training and willingness to maintain
• Willingness to learn TRX, Barre, and TriggerPoint modalities
• Anatomical knowledge and safety awareness
• Group reformer instruction with ability to modify for different participants
• Experience teaching 6+ participants in apparatus-based group class
• Open availability for a minimum of 6 hours per week (2 shifts)
• Willingness to complete continued education trainings or workshops
• Team player with customer service focus
• Professional communication and punctuality
• Reliable and discreet
• Proficient in ClubReady software

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instruction (intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private) as scheduled
• Skillfully use equipment (hand weights, Chair, Reformer, TRX, etc.) safely
• Visually inspect equipment for safety before class
• Maintain studio tidiness and return equipment to standards
• Arrive on time before each class or session
• Participate in networking/community events to generate business
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards
• Maintain honesty and integrity
• Perform additional duties as assigned
