Job summary

Power of Pilates Ltd in Reading (Lower Earley and Crowthorne) invites Reformer Instructors to join a well-established studio network. You’ll teach in spacious reformer studios, provide high-quality sessions, and grow with a loyal client base.

Regular onboarding and ongoing CPD support help you develop professionally in a supportive environment. Pay is £35–£45 per class, with free onsite parking and progression toward a long-term teaching role within the studio.

We’re hiring Reformer instructors for our established studios in Lower Earley, Reading and Crowthorne, Berkshire. Power of Pilates is an award-winning studio with over 18 years’ experience, two purpose‑built studios, and a loyal long‑standing client base.

If you’re tired of piecing together scattered freelance hours and want a studio where you can build a steady, long‑term timetable, we’d love to hear from you. We offer regular weekly teaching opportunities, supportive onboarding, and a professional environment where instructors have the space to teach properly.

Our studios are open 7 days a week, easy to access, and have free parking right outside. This is a strong fit for instructors who want consistency, quality, and the chance to grow within an established Pilates business.

Reformer Instructors

Teach small groups in spacious reformer studios where you can deliver high‑quality sessions with confidence.

Pay: £35 - £45 per class, based on experience and role

Support: Structured onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development — including regular training with leading Pilates educators, in‑house workshops, and funded external CPD.

Progression: Opportunity to build a long‑term regular teaching role within the studio.

Location: Free on‑site parking at both studios.
