Urban Gym Group seeks an experienced pilates Reformer Instructor to lead PILAT3S routines across multiple studios in the UK. You will cue, correct techniques and foster client connections while delivering high-energy, precise sessions.

Applicants should have group fitness experience; pilates qualifications are a plus, and a commitment to the PILAT3S method is essential. Availability for at least one weekend day is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a group fitness instructor.
• Pilates qualifications are a plus.
• Willing to learn PILAT3S method and coaching cues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PILAT3S routines – Align, Tone, Power, Express.
• Cue and correct techniques; engage clients.
• Create a safe, enjoyable class environment.
• Connect with clients before, during and after class.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week.
