Job summary

Love Recruitment is seeking a Pilates Instructor in the UK to lead safe, engaging group sessions in line with Club Pilates standards. You will instruct intro and apparatus classes, manage equipment safely, and maintain a tidy studio. The role requires 450 hours of Pilates education, 3+ years of teaching, CPR/First Aid, and readiness to learn ClubReady software.

Flexible shifts, availability for weekends, and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education including Mat, Reformer, Chair and Springboard.
3+ years experience teaching Pilates in group settings.
CPR and First Aid trained and up to date.
Comfort with TRX, Barre and TriggerPoint modalities.
Demonstrated group reformer instruction abilities with modifications.
Safety-focused and able to inspect equipment before use.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Pilates instruction for intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions.
Ensure safe use of equipment (hand weights, Chair, Reformer, TRX, etc.).
Maintain studio tidiness and equipment standards.
Arrive on time for each class and session.
Participate in networking and community events as needed.
Stay updated with Club Pilates education standards.
