Job summary

The Urban Gym Group is seeking an experienced pilates Reformer Instructor to lead PILAT3S routines across our studios. You will deliver class formats, connect with clients, and embody precision, personalization, and progression.

Applicants should be an experienced group fitness instructor with weekend availability, and pilates qualifications are a plus. Attending PILAT3S classes demonstrates commitment; you will train to develop coaching and cueing skills.

Qualifications

• Available for at least one weekend day each week.
• Group fitness experience is a must; pilates qualifications a plus.
• Attend PILAT3S classes to demonstrate commitment to the method.
• Charismatic, confident and personable communicator.
• Organised and punctual with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-programmed PILAT3S routines – Align, Tone, Power and Express.
• Cue and correct techniques and engage clients throughout each class.
• Create a safe and enjoyable environment for clients while delivering classes with confidence and energy.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week to stay sharp and elevate your craft.
• Connect with clients before, during and after each class.
