Urban Gym Group in Marlow is seeking an experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor for part-time shifts during upcoming academies.

You will lead PILAT3S routines, cue, correct technique, and build strong client relationships while delivering classes with energy and professionalism.

The role requires group fitness experience, English fluency, and availability on at least one weekend day, with a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group fitness classes.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong coaching and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PILAT3S routines – Align, Tone, Power and Express.
• Cue and correct techniques and engage clients throughout each class.
• Create a safe, energetic environment and connect with clients during and after sessions.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week to maintain sharpness.
