Job summary

Third Space in London is seeking exceptional Reformer Pilates instructors who are passionate about movement and skilled at leading dynamic group classes. The role focuses on delivering high-quality coaching, engaging members, and maintaining a premium fitness environment across our studios.

Qualified instructors with Level 3 Reformer Pilates accreditation (or Level 3 PT + Reformer) are encouraged to apply. This is a community-driven, collaborative team like no other in the city.

Qualifications

• Qualified Reformer Pilates instructors with accredited Level 3 Reformer Pilates or Level 3 PT + Reformer certification.
• Experience leading dynamic group classes and delivering excellent member experiences.
• Strong communication and engagement skills in a community-driven fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-to-back Reform­er Pilates classes with energy and clear coaching cues.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging class experience for members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow instructors as part of the team.
• Contribute to a collaborative, development-focused culture within the club network.
