Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking an experienced Pigment Consultant to join a major finance transformation programme in London. You will lead FP&A workstreams on the Pigment implementation, acting as the primary liaison between the Head of FP&A, finance stakeholders and the SI partner.

You will shape budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes within Pigment, challenge designs, and drive UAT, training and change activities to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual.

Qualifications

• Experience on Pigment implementations in FP&A.
• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and reporting experience.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Lead, or Senior Analyst in planning projects.
• Proven ability to manage SI, consulting partners and vendors.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional planning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior finance leaders.
• Experience delivering FP&A tech implementations (EPM/CPM).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary FP&A representative on Pigment project.
• Liaise between finance, stakeholders and SI partner.
• Shape planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting in Pigment.
• Ensure requirements are defined, documented and prioritized.
• Challenge designs to align with finance operating model.
• Review designs from SI partner.
• Host workshops with stakeholders.
• Drive UAT, sign-off and readiness activities.
• Identify risks and dependencies.
• Support change management, training and adoption.
• Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual.
