Job summary

Straight Forward Recruitment is recruiting for a Picker & Packer to join a client’s warehouse team in a part-time, daytime role.

Start date is Monday 2nd November 2026 with hours 07:30–16:30. Shifts are currently part-time days, 2–5 days per week depending on workload. Training will be provided to help you perform picking and packing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with a physically active role.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Warehouse, picking or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and organised.

Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our client's warehouse team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time, daytime work in a hands-on warehouse role. You will be responsible for picking and packing online customer orders using a handheld scanner, ensuring orders are accurate and ready for dispatch.

Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026
Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30
Shift Pattern: Part-time days only at present

Days will vary due to busy times.

Can be between 2 and 5 days a week depending on work load

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately for online customer orders.

• Using a handheld scanner to locate items and confirm picks.

• Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch.

• Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality.

• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and organised.

• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

• Working efficiently to meet daily picking and packing targets.

  • FLT licence would be advantageous but it is not required

Working Environment
