Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training in Redditch is hiring 60 Picker & Packer roles for immediate start. These are temporary, full-time positions with induction on Monday 2nd November 2026 and start date on Tuesday 10th November 2026. Shifts include AM 6:00am–2:00pm (£12.71/hr + £2.50 bonus) and PM 2:30pm–10:30pm (£13.21/hr + £2.50 bonus).

You will pick, pack and label orders, maintain a clean workspace and help meet daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills required.
• Previous picking and packing experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select items from shelves accurately for customer orders.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for dispatch.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE & PAY RATES

AM SHIFT

• Working hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
• Additional £2.50 bonus available

PM SHIFT

• Working hours: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
• Pay rate: £13.21 per hour
• Additional £2.50 bonus available

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch
• Checking items to ensure orders are correct

• Following health and safety procedures
