Job summary

Staffline is hiring a Picker Packer/Packhouse/Production Operative for our fresh produce site in Paddock Wood, Kent. You will handle tomatoes and avocados in a clean, well-managed environment with a comfortable 16-18°C working temperature.

The role offers long-term, guaranteed hours with regular overtime and shift patterns starting at 6:00am. Full training is provided and progression opportunities exist within the business.

Apply today to work as a Picker Packer / Packhouse / Production Operative at our client's modern fresh produce site in Paddock Wood, Kent, handling tomatoes and avocados in a clean, well-managed environment.

The site maintains a comfortable working temperature of 16-18°C, making it a pleasant place to work all year round.

The rates of pay for these roles are:

• £12.71 per hour
• £15.88 per hour overtime (after 45 hours)

Overtime is currently readily available.

Potential weekly earnings:

• 5 days: £521
• 6 days: £584

Hours of work are:

• Standard shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Busy periods: 6:00am to 4:00pm

You will work 5 out of 7 days, with flexibility required to meet business demands.

This is a long-term opportunity with guaranteed hours.
