Job summary

HRGO Recruitment in Hastings is hiring a Picker Packer to join a busy warehouse operation. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and meeting daily targets.

This temporary to permanent role offers 40 hours per week, 08:00–16:30, at £13.00 per hour, with a 15-minute paid morning break and opportunities for progression in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred.
• Good packing experience with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
