Job summary

Blue Arrow in Daventry is hiring a Picker Packer for a busy warehouse. You will pick and pack orders, prepare goods for dispatch, and ensure quality checks are completed in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with early or late shifts and a competitive hourly rate. A reliable, detail‑oriented attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience preferred.
• LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.

6:00am - 2:00pm

2:00pm - 10:00pm
