• Picking and dispatch of goods by hand-held terminal with accuracy, and informing the Manager of any differences.
• Checking quality and shelf life, ensuring packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
• Providing a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Being polite with delivery staff and handling queries or complaints, referring complex cases as needed.
