Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in retail operations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of stock control and replenishment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal standards and company procedures are followed at all times.
• Reduce stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage.
• Minimise replenishment costs by efficient stock handling and space management.
• Coordinate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales causes.
• Maintain product availability for customers through effective replenishment.
