Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to support in-store operations, picking, packing and delivering goods while maintaining high service standards. You will help customers, ensure accurate stock levels and assist with the smooth running of tills and shelves throughout the shift.

This permanent role requires a can-do attitude, reliability and a professional appearance. Training will cover safety, stock control and customer service to help you thrive in a busy wholesale

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Be reliable, punctual and well presented at all times.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and escalate complex queries to the appropriate person.
