Booker Group in Chester is seeking a part-time team member to help ensure customer needs are exceeded across store duties such as shelving, tills, stock checks, and deliveries. The role requires a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

You will support stock and order fulfilment, interact with customers and delivery staff, and contribute to smooth store operations while working around other duties.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and comfortable meeting pick rates
• Passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile
• Always be there, on time and properly presented

Responsabilités

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal and advising the Manager of any differences
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target
• Be polite with delivery staff and refer complex queries or complaints to the appropriate person
