About The Role

This is a Part Time Role. You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in providing quick and efficient service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

1. Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
2. Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging in preparation for delivery.
3. Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
4. Dealing politely with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
