About the role

You will work in various areas of the store to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times. Tasks include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. No two days are the same, and every task matters in providing quick and efficient service.

We seek someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure readiness for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to management.
