About the role

Overtime opportunities are available. As a permanent team member, you'll have the chance to join our delivery team as a Van Driver, with duties including picking for the delivery team and supporting delivery operations to achieve excellent customer service.

You must have a full driving license to be considered.

Our drivers are essential to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and great service for our customers.

You will be responsible for

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure for delivery.
• Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Delivering goods to customers and ensuring polite, professional interactions, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and referring complex issues to supervisors.
• Loading stock into the vehicle and unloading at customer premises, with accurate completion of paperwork.
