About the role

This is a Part-Time Role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded by working across various store areas, so no two days are the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive their products quickly and efficiently.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

You will be responsible for

Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting discrepancies to the manager.

Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure readiness for delivery.

Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Dealing politely with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and referring complex issues to the relevant person.

You will need

A positive attitude and comfort working to meet pick rates.
A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
Punctuality, proper presentation, and reliability.
