About the role
You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various areas of the store, making each day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your focus will be on providing quick, efficient service to ensure customers get everything they need.
We seek someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Work Pattern
Any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, Monday to Friday, 13:30-22:00. Twilight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness before delivery.
- Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
- Polite communication with delivery staff, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and referring complex issues to management.
