About the role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas, making each day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your role is vital in providing excellent customer service, ensuring quick and efficient service.

We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering great customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness for delivery preparation.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite communication with delivery staff, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
