About the role
You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations across various store areas, ensuring no two days are the same. Tasks may include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive everything they need quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
- Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure for delivery.
- Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
- Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
