Social Network Role Description

You want to login/join with your social network.

You’re a confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships and sharing product knowledge with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Efficiency and safety are vital, but your main focus will be the customer, supporting their ideas on the shop floor or working within a one-hour click and collect service.

What we need:

You’re an organized and analytical thinker who knows how to prioritize your time and keep things simple. We provide courier, click-and-collect, and home delivery services, with products ranging from tins of paint to bags of compost or hot tubs, so you should be comfortable with some heavy lifting. Being agile and flexible is important to the success of this role. You should be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is also required.
