Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its Serious & Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol. Hybrid working with two days in the office and three days remote, salary up to 30,000 DOE.

You will support senior case handlers on serious and catastrophic PI claims, build technical knowledge, and develop your career in a specialist team under experienced practitioners.

Qualifications

• Experience in claimant Personal Injury.
• Experience using a legal case management system.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior case handlers with serious and catastrophic PI claims.
• Support day-to-day progression and organisation of complex PI files.
• Collate medical records, liability evidence and uninsured losses.
• Organise client and expert meetings with Counsel.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, experts and solicitors.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress files per service standards.
• Participate in case and risk assessment meetings.
