Job summary

Qualifications

• Previously assisted with a caseload of serious injury files.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead file handlers in the progression of their serious injury caseload.
• Deal with telephone enquiries wherever possible and take detailed telephone messages to be communicated to the Fee Earner.
• Achieve KPIs on a monthly basis as agreed with your line manager.
• Maintain and update the case management system.
• Liaise with the Finance Department regarding the payment of disbursements and outstanding accounts.
