Job summary

eNL Legal in Gloucestershire is seeking a skilled Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Paralegal to assist their team of fee earners and provide legal services to clients in relation to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. The role carries a salary of £25-30,000 DOE.

You will manage case files, progress MOJ portal claims, draft key documents, and maintain client relationships while supporting the team in a dynamic workload environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence files.
• Ability to manage multiple case files with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle new enquiries, assess case merits, and open files.
• Advise clients on personal injury matters and maintain relationships.
• Manage PI and clinical negligence cases with records, instructions, and CFA docs.
• Progress MOJ portal claims, including settlement packs and Stage 3 proceedings.
• Draft claims forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss, statements, and interim applications.
• Arrange conferences with clients, experts, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and manage After the Event insurance applications.
• Maintain up-to-date files, team diaries, court dates and deadlines.
• Support fee earners with day-to-day caseload management.
