eNL is seeking a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Paralegal in Gloucestershire for a full-time, permanent position. The role involves handling a mixed caseload, taking new enquiries, assessing merits, opening files, and advising clients while supporting a team of fee earners.

You will manage case records, instruct experts and counsel, progress MOJ claims, draft documents, attend conferences, and maintain accurate diaries and deadlines.

• Draft key legal documents, including claim forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss, witness statements, and interim applications.
• Arrange and attend conferences with clients, experts, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and manage After the Event (ATE) insurance applications.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date files and manage team diaries, court dates, and limitation deadlines.
• Support fee earners with the efficient day-to-day management of their caseloads.
