Job summary

Aston Charles Ltd is recruiting for a Leeds-based claims specialist within a newly formed London Market Claims Team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity claims from notification to settlement, with training provided.

Updating in-house systems, triaging claims, and maintaining broker relationships are key responsibilities, alongside working with the Claims Manager on projects. A generous salary and excellent benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims handling.
• Well-organised and efficient with strong communication.
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle specialist Professional Indemnity claims from first notification to final settlement.
• Manage a portfolio of high-volume claims and update systems.
• Diarise and triage claims per the Claims Handling Manual.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships; work with Claims Manager on initiatives.
• Provide training on processes as required.
