Job summary

Confidential in Leeds is building a London Market Claims Team and seeks an experienced claims professional to handle specialist Professional Indemnity claims. You will manage a portfolio from first notification to final settlement, update internal systems, and keep brokers and stakeholders informed.

Training is provided, and you may work from home 1 day per week. You will need solid claims handling experience, be well-organised with strong communication skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims handling.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to analyse claims data and spot trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of professional indemnity claims from notice to settlement.
• Maintain claims records in in-house systems and update stakeholders.
• Triaging and diarising claims per the Claims Handling Manual.
• Build relationships with brokers and support claims initiatives.
