Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Handler to manage Professional Indemnity renewals for a portfolio of professional services clients in Manchester. You will coordinate information gathering, insurer submissions and term negotiations, delivering clear guidance to clients.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive path to CII qualifications, and a clear progression route within an independent broker environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Handler on Professional Indemnity or financial lines.
• Comfort talking to clients and underwriters.
• Pursuing Cert CII with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Own Professional Indemnity renewals from start to finish.
• Advise clients on policy terms and insurer negotiations.
• Assist mid-term adjustments and new business as needed.
• Liaise with underwriters to secure favourable terms.
