Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated static B6 Physiotherapist to join our supportive, dynamic Crisis Response Team in Trafford.

The Crisis Team is part of the South Manchester Community Response Service, which includes Discharge to Assess and the Community IV team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an integrated multidisciplinary and multi-agency team providing specialist rapid assessment and interventions to our local population.

Our progressive working environment manages crises daily, offering a 7-day, extended hours, urgent response to referrals from community and acute colleagues, as well as directly from the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS).

As a member of the Crisis Response Team, you will work closely with highly trained advanced clinical practitioners and the wider MDT, supporting service users to be treated in the community.

Rapid assessment and community intervention from Crisis Response help support adults for up to 48 hours with health or social care needs at home, preventing unnecessary A&E attendances. Your clinical skills will contribute to enabling people to remain safely and supported in their own homes.

Please note, applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have daily access to a car.
