Job summary

Sirona care & health in Bristol is inviting applications for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Burren Intermediate Care Beds Service. You will help develop pathways, embed new clinical practices, and contribute to a high-quality multidisciplinary rehabilitation service from the outset.

You will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for complex cases and work autonomously within a supportive team, shaping discharge planning and patient flow across BNSSG.

Qualifications

• Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with complex physical, medical and frailty-related conditions.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop person-centred rehabilitation goals to maximise independence and recovery.
• Facilitate timely discharge planning and safe transitions back into the community.

Responsibilities
